Biography
Umirbekov Galym Aldybaevich was born in 1981 in the village of Merke, Merken district, Zhambul region. In 2007 he graduated from the Karaganda Financial Institute with a degree in Finance, Bachelor of Finance.
He began his career in 2001 as an accountant in the education department of the Merken district. In 2004, he worked as a driver at the Shakhty GVK.
In 2005, he acted as chief specialist of the State Institution "Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the city of Shakhtinsk." After that, he worked as the chief specialist of the State Institution “Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the city of Shakhtinsk.
From 2006 to 2008, he worked as the chief specialist of the State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship of the City of Shakhtinsk", then became the head of the State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship of the City of Shakhtinsk".
From 2008 to 2010, he held the position of head of the State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship of the City of Shakhtinsk", head of the State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture of the City of Shakhtinsk".
From 2010 to 2012, he held the position of head of the State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship of the City of Shakhtinsk".
From 2012 to 2013, he held the position of head of the State Institution “Department of Entrepreneurship of the City of Priozersk”.
From 2013 to 2014, he worked as the head of the planning and analysis department of the State Institution "Department of Energy and Public Utilities of the Karaganda Region", then the head of the Analysis and Monitoring Department of the State Institution "Department of Energy and Public Utilities of the Karaganda Region".
From 2014 to 2017, he served as director of the KSU "Employment Center of the Department of Employment and Social Programs of the city of Shakhtinsk, Akimat of the city of Shakhtinsk."
From August 10, 2017 to October 24, 2017, he served as acting akim of the Shakhan village.
On October 24, 2017, prior to his current appointment, he held the position of akim of the Shakhan village.
On July 27, 2021, he was appointed Akim of the Shakhan village.
