Sarmurzina Paniya Onalbaykyzy

He was born in 1968 in the village of Tushchybek, Mangistau district, Mangistau region. In 1985 he graduated from high school, entered the cultural and Educational College of Guryev (now Atyrau), in 1987 he graduated with honors. In the same year he entered the Women's Pedagogical Institute in Almaty, where he graduated with honors. In 2015, he graduated from the Almaty University of Management with a master's degree in Business Administration.
