Department of Culture, Language Development and Archiving of Mangystau region

The purpose of the department is to actively promote the development of the rich Kazakh national art and culture, as well as the culture of the peoples living in the region, moral and aesthetic education of citizens, reflection on the independence and sovereignty of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of cultural life of the region, expansion of the scope of the state language, effective implementation of the state language policy in the region and a unified state policy in the creation of archival files and documents, ensuring the preservation, acquisition, accounting, protection and use of archival funds in the territory of the Mangystau region with the priority of the state language.
