Slyamov Bakytzhan Orazgaliyevich

Slyamov Bakytzhan Orazgaliyevich was born in 1983 in the village of Merke, Zhambyl region.

Higher education. In 2006 Bakytzhan Orazgaliyevich graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University with a degree in jurisprudence. In 2009 he graduated from Semipalatinsk State University named after Shakarim majored in finance.

He started his career in 2005 as a legal adviser to Zheti Zhargy Law Firm LLP, where he raised through the ranks from a legal adviser to director.

In October 2009, he was accepted to the civil service in the Administration of Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan as an assistant deputy, where he worked until January 2014.

From January 2014 to April 2019, he worked in the Department of Social and Economic Monitoring of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan as an expert, consultant, inspector.

From April 2019 to September 2021, he held the position of Director of the Department of Personnel and Internal Administration of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since September 20, 2021 - Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2019, he was awarded the Medal "Eren enbegi ushin" (For Distinguished Labour), in 2016 - the Jubilee medal "Kazakhstan Republikasynyn tauelsizdigine 25 zhyl" (the 25th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan), in 2020 - the jubilee medal "Kazakhstan Konstitutsiyasyna 25 Zhyl" (the 25th Anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
