Kasymkulova Lazzat Turdakynovna was born in 1984 in Zhambyl region, Bayzak district, Buryl village.
Higher education in 2006 she graduated from M.H. Dulati Taraz State University with a degree in computer control systems and information processing, in 2019 she graduated from Turan University with a degree in Master of Jurisprudence
She started her career in 2004 as a clerk in the Department of Education of the Akimat of the Dzhambul region in Taraz SA "Regional boarding School "Daryn" for especially gifted children". From 2006 to 2008, she held various positions in the "Alliance-Finance FA" LLP. From 2008 to 2010, installation engineer, a branch of "Region-Media" LLP in Astana. Since 2012, she has held various positions in the Training and Methodological Center of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Astana. Since 2014, Head of the Department of Distance Learning and Information Technologies of the Training Methodical Centre of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since 2015, she has held senior positions in the Training Methodical Centre of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since 11.11.2021, Deputy Head of the Training Methodical Centre of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
