Biography
Syrymov Raiymbek Talgatuly was born on September 19, 1993, in the city of Zhanaozen, Mangystau Region. He holds a higher education degree: in 2015, he graduated from KAZGUU University. His specialty is Law Enforcement.
He began his professional career in 2016 and has gained experience in the field of public administration. Over the years, he has held positions as a clerk at the Zhanaozen City Department of Internal Policy, a chief specialist at the Office of the Zhanaozen City Maslikhat, as well as chief specialist and inspector in the offices of akims of Kyzylsai and Rakhat rural districts.
In 2019, he was appointed Acting Deputy Akim of Rakhat rural district, and from the same year until 2022, he served as Deputy Akim of the rural district.
From December 2022 to April 2026, he served as Akim of Rakhat rural district.
Since April 16, 2026, he has been serving as the Head of the Zhanaozen City Department of Land Relations, Architecture and Urban Planning.
He has experience in the system of public administration and local executive bodies.
