Biography
Abylkasimova Sara Zhukanovna was born in 1966 in Pavlodar region, Kalkaman village, Aksu district
Higher education. In 2000, she graduated from Karaganda State Technical University with a degree in economics and law.
She started her career in 1986 at "Ekibastuzenergostroy" working supply department as an administrator.
Since April 1996 - Inspector of the Customs Department of Pavlodar region of the Customs Committee of State Revenue of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Pavlodar.
Since June 1999, she has held various positions in the Customs Administration of the Pavlodar region of the Customs Committee of State Revenue of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Pavlodar.
Since November 2003, Head of the Division of Internal Work Department of Organizational and Administrative Work of the Department of Customs Control in the Pavlodar region of the Customs Control Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Pavlodar.
Since January 2009, she has held various positions in the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana.
Since October 2014, Held various positions in the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana.
From June 2019 to the present, Deputy Head of the Training Methodical Centre of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From July 2019 to the present, she was appointed as Commissioner for Ethics of Training Methodical Centre of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
