Biography
Born on October 10, 1970 in Almaty.
Higher education, graduated from the Alma-Ata Institute of National Economy in 1991
He started his career as an accountant in private companies.
He has been working in the system of state revenue bodies for over 20 years.
Actively participated in the development of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in particular on taxation issues within the Customs Union.
