Manzorov Serik Bagdatovich

Born in 1983 in Taldykorgan, Almaty region.

In 2004 he graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, in 2006 he graduated from West Coast University (UK), in 2009 he graduated from T.Ryskulov Kazakh University of Economics, in 2010 he graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, received qualifications in the specialty lawyer, manager of Business Administration, Bachelor of Finance, Master of Public and Local Administration.

Work experience, starting from a leading specialist in the housing and communal services department and other departments of the Akimat of Almaly and Bostandyk districts of Almaty, to the managerial position of Deputy Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industry of the Akimat of Almaty (18.10.2006-03.11.2010);
