Nesterov Konstantin Mikhailovich

I, Nesterov Konstantin Mikhailovich, was born on August 30, 1963 in Chita, Russian Federation. After graduating from high school in 1980, he entered the Khabarovsk Institute of Railway Engineers, from which he graduated in 1985 with a degree in "Railway Engineer- builder". During his studies at the university, he received an additional specialty at the Faculty of Public Professions "Organizer of cultural and mass work and amateur theater groups".

After graduation, he worked for 2 years as the released chairman of the trade union committee of HabIIZHt students. Since 1987, he worked as an instructor of the propaganda and agitation department of the Railway District Committee of the CPSU of Khabarovsk.
