Vishnyakov Sergei Dmitrievich

Vishnyakov Sergey Dmitrievich, was born on July 14, 1979 in the city of Tekeli.

In 1996, he graduated from the 11th grade of secondary school No. 7 in the city of Tekeli, in the same year he entered the law college of Taldykorgan with a degree in Jurisprudence, which he graduated in 1998.

In 1998, he entered the "Temirkazyk" Institute with a degree in " Finance and Credit". Upon graduation in 2001, he was awarded the qualification of an economist-financier.

He started his career in March 2002, as a manager of the settlement and cash department of the Taldykorgan branch of OAO "BankCentrCredit", resigned by the expiration of the employment contract in June 2002.

In July 2002, he was hired as a warehouse manager at the Taldykorgan representative office of TOO "Green House", in September 2002, he resigned on his own.

From March 14, 2003 to January 19, 2004, he was accepted as the acting chief specialist of the statistics department of the Rudnichny settlement of the city of Tekeli.

From February 24, 2004 to September 15, 2005, he was accepted as the acting chief specialist of the Department of Statistics of the village of Rudnichny in the city of Tekeli.

From September 15, 2005 to November 01, 2005, he was hired as the chief specialist of the Statistics Department of the Otenay rural district of Taldykorgan.

From November 02, 2005 to the present, he has been appointed akim of the Rudnichny rural District of the city of Tekeli.
