Biography
Kairbek Almas Kairbekovich graduated from the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T. K. Zhurgenov in 2010 with a degree in directing, in 2012 he graduated from the Karaganda State University named after E. A. Buketov with a degree in State and Local Administration.
From 2014 to 2016, Chief Specialist of the Department of Internal Policy of the Ulytau district.
2016-2017 Head of the sector of the Department of Employment and Programs of the Ulytau district, head of the Department of documentation support, development of information technologies, finance and economy of the office of the akim of the Ulytau district.
2017-2018 years of akim of Terisakkansky rural district.
In 2018-2021, he worked as the chief of staff of the Ulytau district maslikhat.
On September 15, 2021, Kairbek Almas Kairbekovich was appointed deputy akim of Ulytau district.
