Ospanov Maksut Sarsembayuly

Ospanov Maksut Sarsembayuly was born on September 28, 1959 in the village of Ulytau, Ulytau district, Karaganda region.Nationality-Kazakh. Graduated from the Almaty zooveterinary Institute.He started his career in 1976 as a veterinarian in Ulytau.

From 1983 to 1985 - Head of the department of the organizing committee of the LKSM of Ulytau district.
From 1985 to 1987-Head of the department for the work of the Soviets and the Organizing Committee of the Council of People's Deputies of the Ulytau district.
From 1987 to 1989-Head of the department for the work of the Council of People's Deputies in the village of Algabas.
From 1989 to 1995, he worked as a veterinarian in seleTersakkan.
From 1999 to 2000-worked as a deputy akim of the Ulytau district.
From 2000 to 2010— Head of the Ulytau Territorial Inspection of the State Inspection Committee in the Agro-industrial Complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In May 2010, he took the position of Deputy akim of Ulytau district.
