Biography
In 2004, Zhomart Sabitovich graduated from the Zhezkazgan University named after O. Baikonurov with a degree in Electrification and electricity supply, and in 2012 received a second higher economic education at the Karaganda Bolashak University.
He began his career in 2003 as a chief specialist of the Operational Management Department of the Akim of Ulytau district.
- 2005-2006 -Chief Specialist of the Department of Urban Planning, Construction, Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and highways of Ulytau district;
- 2006-2010 - Chief of Staff of Akim of Ulytau district;
- 2010-2012 - Assistant to the Akim of Zhezkazgan, Head of the Akim's office; - 2012-2017 - Head of the Housing Inspection Department of Zhezkazgan;
- 2017-2020 - Head of the Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport, highways and Housing Inspection of Ulytau district;
-2020-2021 - First Deputy Chairman of the Ulytau district branch of the Karaganda regional branch of the Nur Otan party;
- On August 3, 2021 Begaev Zhomart Sabitovich was appointed deputy akim of Ulytau district.
