
Biography
Abzhapparov Talgat Musulmanbekovich was born on March 25, 1974 in the village of Ulytau, Ulytau district, Karaganda region. Higher education, in 1997 graduated from Zhezkazgan University named after O. A. Baikonurov with a degree in history. He is married and has 3 children.
He started his career in 1991 as the head of the circle of the Department of Education of Ulytau district.
From 1997 to 2002, he worked as a researcher at the National Historical, Cultural and Natural Reserve – Museum" Ulytau".
2002-2005 – specialist with higher education in the National Historical, Cultural and Natural Reserve-Museum" Ulytau".
From 2005 to 2006, he worked as a scientific researcher in the National Historical, Cultural and Natural Reserve – Museum" Ulytau".
From 2006 to 2010 – director of the National Historical, Cultural and Natural Reserve-Museum" Ulytau".
From 2010 to 2014, he worked as a deputy director of the National Historical, Cultural and Natural Reserve – Museum" Ulytau".

In 2009, he studied at the State University of Culture and Arts in St. Petersburg on the topic "culture of Management and marketing".
