Biography
Bestibaev Elzhan Kadrahmanovish was born 16.01.1961 year in the village of Sumbe of the Narynkolsk district of Almaty region.
In the years 1968-1978 graduated from a secondary school named after Abay. In 1978-1979, he worked at the Abay state farm.
In 1979, he entered the Alma-ATA zootechnical veterinary Institute, where he graduated as a veterinarian in 1984.
From September 1984 to January 1986-veterinarian at the sheep state farm of Kyzylshekara Narynkol district, from January to August 1986-veterinarian at the koksay sheep state farm, from August 1986 to March 1995-veterinarian at the potato state farm named after Abay, head of a commodity dairy farm, from March 1995 to March 2010 and from July 2014 to March 2010 to July 1, 2014 worked as the chief specialist of the office of the akim of Sumbinsky rural district. From July 1, 2014 to September 2020, he worked as a veterinarian of the municipal state enterprise on the right of economic management "Veterinary station with veterinary points" of the akimat of the Raiymbek district, the veterinary point of the Sumbinsky rural district. From 2016 to 2020, he was a Deputy of the district maslikhat of the sixth convocation in the Sumba electoral district №16. From September 2020, the acting mayor of the apparatus Sumbinsky rural district. Married, his wife is a teacher at the Abay high school. I have three children.
