Biography
I Roman KoylybaevBekzadaevich was born on January 18, 1973 in the village of Zhambyl, Rayymbek district of Almaty region. From 1980 to 1990, I graduated from the 10-year class of Zhambyl secondary school. From 1990 to 1991.
worked as a worker in a production cooperative named after N. UmirzakovIn 1991-1993 he served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 1994-1999, I studied at the Kazakh National Agrarian University with a degree in Livestock Management.
From 1999 to 2004, he worked as a livestock specialist in a production cooperative named after N. Umirzakov. From 2004 to 2017, he worked in the penitentiary system of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a duty assistant to the head of the institution. From August 2018 to the present, I have been working as akim of the Zhambyl rural district of the Rayymbek district.
