Biography
Nurov Aibol Karasaevich was born on May 18, 1987 in the Kyzylorda region. In 2008 he graduated from the Kazakh National University. Al-Farabi with a degree in Public Administration and in 2010 - the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University with a degree in Lawyer.
He began his career in 2009 as an expert at the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs. In subsequent years, he worked as a chief expert, chief consultant in this state body; In 2017, he held the positions of chief expert, chief consultant in the Accounts Committee for Control over the Execution of the Republican Budget; From November 2017 - held a position in the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Since September 2021 - Head of the Administration of the Akim of the Karmakshy region.
