Biography
Zhandos Yerkinbekovich Koishybayev was born in 1983 in Karmakshi district of Kyzylorda region.
In 2004, he received a higher education at the Military Institute of the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan, majoring in "Management of the activities of a service and combat unit"
. In 2008, he graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University, majoring in "Lawyer".

2004-2013 - Contract serviceman in officer positions, Almaty region;
2013-2015 - Head of the Security Service Department of "MunayGazKurylys" LLP in Aktau;
2015-2018 - Head of the Security Service of the construction company Nur Plast LLP, Director of the Mangistau region branch of JSC SOP Kuzet;
2019-2021 – Head of the Department of Mobilization of Management Bodies and Economic Facilities of the Department of Mobilization Training of the Kyzylorda region;
2021-2022 – Deputy Akim of Karmakshinsky district;
2022-2023 - Deputy Chief of Staff of Akim of Kyzylorda region;
Since January 18, 2023 - Akim of Karmakshi district.
