Shalabayev Olzhas Serikovich

Olzhas Serikovich Shalabayev was born on March 28, 1989, in the city of Almaty.
In 2010, he graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in Jurisprudence. In 2016, he graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic

From 2011 to 2017, he served in the prosecutor's office, working in the district and city prosecutor's offices of Astana.
From 2017 to 2020, he worked as a judge of the Specialized Interdistrict Administrative Court (SIAC) and the Baikonur District Court of Astana.
From 2020 to 2023, he held the position of chairman of the Arshaly District Court of Akmola Region.
Since August 2026, he has been the head of the legal department of the Office of the Akim of Almaty.
