Biography
Arman Sakenovich Tusupov was born in 1973 in the village of Zakharovka, Nurinsky district, Karaganda region. In 1998 he graduated from the Karaganda State University named after E.A. Buketov with a degree in "Physical culture and Sports. Teacher of physical culture and sports".
He began his career in 1990 as a construction worker at the Kuibyshev State Farm in the Nurinsky district. In 1994, he worked as a surface miner at the Tentekskaya mine.
From 1994 to 2000 he worked as a security guard of the PC "Shyrak" in the city of Karaganda. From 2000 to 2004, he worked as a teacher of physical culture at school No. 16 in Shakhtinsk.
Since 2004, he has been acting as the Chief specialist in sports and Tourism of the Department of Culture, Youth Policy, Sports and Tourism of Shakhtinsk, then held the position of Chief specialist in sports and Tourism of the Department of Culture, Youth Policy, Sports and Tourism of Shakhtinsk.
From 2005 to 2008, he held the position of Chief specialist for the development of physical culture and sports of the State Institution "Department of Education and Sports of Shakhtinsk", chief specialist of the State Institution "Department of Physical Culture and Sports of Shakhtinsk.
From 2008 to 2009, he held the position of head of the Department of the State Institution "Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the city of Shakhtinsk".
From 2009 to 2012 he worked as deputy director of the KGKP "Bars" of Shakhtinsk.
From 2012 to 2013, he was the akim of the village of Novodolinsky.
From 2013 to 2017, he served as akim of the village of Novodolinsky, and then became akim of the village of Novodolinsky.
From August 10, 2017, on October 24, 2017, he served as the akim of the village of Novodolinsky.
