Hamitov Zhasulan Tishtykovich

Zhasulan Tishtykovich Khamitov was born on June 17, 1988 in Karkaralinsk, Karkaralinsky district, Karaganda region.

In 2007, he received a specialized secondary education, graduating from Temirtau Polytechnic College with a degree in Law.

In 2014, he graduated from the Central Kazakhstan Academy with a degree in Law.

He started his career in 2007 as a mid-level specialist of the Shakhty GO SCVP.

In 2016, he worked as a specialist in the branch of NAO "State Corporation "Government for Citizens" in the Karaganda region".

In the period from 2016 to 2019, he worked as a consultant-operator of the operational department of the Karaganda regional branch of UAPF JSC of the Shakhtinsk Service Center.

In the period from 2019 to 2020, he worked as a specialist of the highest level of qualification of the KSU "Employment Center of the Akimat of Shakhtinsk, Karaganda region".

In the period from 2020 to 2021, he worked as a religious scholar at the Shakhtinsk Youth Resource Center.

In the period from 2021 to 2023, he was the head of the KSU "Resource Center for Youth in Shakhtinsk".

In 2023, he became Deputy Director of the Karaganda Region Youth Resource Center.

From 2023 to 2025, he worked as the chief specialist of the Department of intersectoral Coordination and Development of Youth Policy of the Department for Youth Policy of the Karaganda region.

From April 1, 2025, he holds the position of Deputy akim of Dolinka village.
