Shalkybekov Yerzhan Otegenuly

He was born on May 01, 1976 in the village of Aktekshi, Koksu district, Almaty region. Higher education, graduated from the Kazakh State Agrarian University in 1998 with a degree in forestry engineering. In 2012, he graduated from the O. Zholdasbekov Academy of Law and Economics and received a degree in finance.

He started his career in 1998 as a worker of Aydin LLC in the village of Aktekshi in the Koksu district. In different years, he worked in Samen-Merey LLC, a leading specialist of the akim's office of the Kyzylbulak rural district of the Koksu district, akim of the Kabylis rural district of the Koksu district, head of the agriculture department of the Koksu district, deputy head of the State Institution "Koksuirrigation", akim of the Labasinsky rural district of the Koksu district, since 2018 head of the agriculture department of the Koksu district, since January 2022 , holding the position of head of the Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of the district, in accordance with the results of an internal competition among civil servants of the state body, by Order of the akim of the Koksu district M.
