Ubaidulaeva Aigul Umirbaevna

Ubaydulayeva Aigul Umirbayevna, was born on November 9, 1977 in Shakhtinsk, Karaganda region.

In 2011, she graduated from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz with a degree in Finance.

She started her career in 2005 as a mobile operator of the Shakhty city postal service hub.

In 2008, she was a cashier of the Shakhty city postal service hub.

From 2009 to 2010, she worked as a category 2 specialist at the Shakhty city postal service hub.

From 2010 to 2012, she worked as a category 1 specialist at the Shakhty city postal service hub.

From 2012 to 2015, she held the position of Chief QMS Specialist of the Karaganda Regional Branch of Kazpost Joint Stock Company.

In 2015, she worked as a deputy head of the 7th category of the Karaganda city postal service hub. After that, in the same year, she worked as a cashier of the Karaganda branch of Tsesnabank JSC.

From 2015 to 2016, she worked as a cashier of the Federal Center No. 52 of the Cash Operations Department of the Operational Department.

From 2016 to 2018, she held the position of Chief accountant of the State Institution "Department of Internal Policy of the City of Shakhtinsk".

From 2018 to 2019, she was an accounting statistician at the Shakhtinsk Veterinary Department.

From 2019 to 2023, she held the position of chief specialist in the sector of organization and coordination of public procurement, municipal property management, digitalization and implementation of PPP projects, State Institution "Department of Economics and Finance of the City of Shakhtinsk".

From 2023 to the present, she holds the position of head of the sector of analysis of the development of economic sectors of the State Institution "Department of Economics and Finance of the City of Shakhtinsk".
