Biography
Miroshnichenko Oksana Vladimirovna, was born on May 26, 1978 in the city of Shakhtinsk, Karaganda region.
In 2003, she graduated from the Karaganda State University named after E.A. Buketov, majoring in Law.
She started her career in 2004 as a lawyer at the Legal and Consulting Company "YurAuditGroup" LLP.
From 2005 to 2008, she worked as a lawyer at "Astana-ATL" LLP.
From 2008 to 2010, she was a lawyer at "Agentsstvo-Gorservis" LLP.
From 2010 to 2020, she worked as a lawyer in the Legal Affairs and Public Procurement Department of RSE "Zhasyl Aimak".
From 2020 to 2022, she worked as a legal consultant for Shakhtinskvodokanal LLP.
From 2022 to 2023, she worked as a legal methodologist for the organizational and legal department of the Shakhtinsky City Maslikhat Office.
From 2023 to 2026, she held the position of Chief Legal Specialist for the organizational and legal department of the Shakhtinsky City Maslikhat Office.
In 2026, she held the position of Chief Specialist in the Department of Organization and Coordination of Public Procurement, Management of Municipal Property, Digitalization, and Implementation of PPP Projects at the Department of Economy and Finance of the City of Shakhtinsk.
Since April 2026, she has been the Head of the Department of Organization and Coordination of Public Procurement, Management of Municipal Property, Digitalization, and Implementation of PPP Projects at the Department of Economy and Finance of the City of Shakhtinsk.
