Biography
In 1998, he graduated from Borovskoy agricultural and technical College with a degree in accounting and Economics, and in 2006-from Kokshetau University named after A. Myrkhametov with a degree in accounting and audit.
He started his career in 1998 as an accountant for n-Arman LLP in Krasny Yar village, Akmola region.
From 2002 to 2009, he worked as the chief specialist of the Enbekshilder district Department of Finance, the chief specialist of the Enbekshilder district Department of Economics and budget planning.
From 2009 to 2011-head of the regional Department of economy and budget planning.
From January to September 2011 - head of the sector of the regional Department of Economics and Finance.
From 2011 to 2012, he served as the head of the Enbekshilder district Department of housing and utilities, passenger transport and highways.
From June to September 2012, he was acting as chief accountant of the state enterprise for the Stepnyak su PHV under the akimat of the Enbekshilder district.
From September 2012 to July 2016-head of the financial and economic Department of the office of the mayor of Yenbekshildersky district.
Since August 2016, he has been appointed chief of staff of the akim of the Enbekshilder district.
