Biography
Higher education, in 1984 he graduated from the Tselinograd agricultural Institute with a degree in veterinary medicine.

From 1999 to 2009 – akim of Tauralaukio rural district of Enbekshilder area.
From April 2009 to September 2019 held the position of head of the Department of agriculture in the district Birzhan Sal.
