Biography
In 2009, graduated from S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in Russian Language and Literature.
In 2010, earned a Master’s degree in Management from the Kazakh-American Free University.
In 2021, graduated from S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University with a degree in Jurisprudence (Law).
Has been working at the State Institution "Apparatus of the Ust-Kamenogorsk City Maslikhat" since 2012, and currently holds the position of the Head of the Apparatus.
