Biography
Span Yerdaulet Akzholuly was born on April 16, 1983 in South Kazakhstan region. Graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University with a degree in jurisprudence, Ural State Law University, Master's degree in prosecutorial activity.
He holds the distinguished rank of Senior Adviser to Justice
He started working in the Prosecutor's office in 2010 from the position of prosecutor of the Department of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounts of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Almaty region.
He has consistently held various positions in the departments of Personnel work, Internal Security and Mobilization work of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounts of the Prosecutor General's Office.
In the period of 2017-2022, he was the prosecutor of the Information Security group of the Analytical Work and Legal Regulation Department, the prosecutor of the Information Security Department, the prosecutor of the Information Resources Protection Department of the Informatization, Digitalization and Protection of Information Resources Committee.
From 2022 to 2023, he held the position of assistant, senior assistant prosecutor of the Ulytau region.
Since October 2023, he has been appointed Head of the Information Security Department of the Prosecutor General's Office.
