Biography

Rakhmetullin Rauan Bisengalievich, was born in February 18, 1987. Higher education. In 2009, he graduated from the West Kazakhstan agrarian and technical University. Zhangir Khan majored in forestry and in 2011 Eurasian Academy with a degree in law.

From 2008 to 2010, chief specialist of the akim's office of Tau Rural district of Zhanibek district of West Kazakhstan region, from 2010 to 2012, leading specialist, chief specialist of the Department of organizational and personnel work of the akim's office of Zhanibek district, from 2012 to 2013, chief specialist of the Department of organizational - from 2013 to 2014, he worked as a leading specialist, chief specialist of the akim's office of the Tau Rural district, from 2014 to 2017- akim of the Akobinsky rural district, from 2017 to 2019-chief inspector of the Department of organizational and inspection work of the akim's office of the West Kazakhstan region.

Currently, he is the chief of staff of the akim of Akzhaik district.
