Biography
Abugaliev Askar Batyrkhanovich - was born in 1960 in the village of Taldyapan, Kaztalovsky district. Higher education, 1983 graduated from Semey zootechnical and veterinary Institute with a degree in veterinary medicine.
He began his career as an assistant shepherd in the Komsomol youth brigade.
