Biography
Kuli Esenbay Iztoreevich - was born on October 29, 1976 in the village of Sagyz, Kyzylkoga district, Atyrau region. In 2001 he graduated from the Aktau branch of "Kainar" University with a degree in law, in 2014 he graduated from the Caspian University of Engineering and Technology named after Sh. Yessenov with a degree in "Management".
He began his career in 1994-1995 as a methodologist in the House of Culture "Shugyla" in the village of Sagyz.
In 1995-1998 he worked as an art director at the Mangistau Regional International Creative Center in Aktau.
From 1999 to 2002 he worked as the head of the auto club in the Mangistau regional scientific-methodical center in Aktau.
From 2003 to 2004 he worked as an engineer in the production and technical department of JSC "SMU-10" in Aktau.
From 2004 to 2008 he worked as a director at the Mangistau Regional Philharmonic in Aktau.
From 2008 to 2015 he served as First Deputy Chairman of the Munaily district branch of the "Nur Otan" party.
Since 2015 he has been working as the head of the department of culture, physical culture and sports of Munaily district.
