Biography
Aitbayev Saut Nurgalievich was born on February 12, 1989 in the Tashauz region of the Republic of Turkmenistan. From 1996 to 2008 he graduated from high school.
Higher education. In 2010 he graduated from the College named after Sh. Yessenov in Aktau with a degree in law, in 2013 he graduated from Aktau State University named after Sh. Yessenov with a degree in "Jurisprudence".
He began his career in 2008-2009 as a driver in the limited liability company "Kulager" in Zhanaozen. In 2010-2011 he again worked as a driver in the limited liability company "Kulager" in Zhanaozen.
In 2012-2013 he worked as an instructor in the state institution "Aktau city department of physical culture and sports", from September to December 2013 he worked as a chief specialist in the state institution "Akim's office of Baskuduk rural district", in 2013-2014 he worked in the state institution "Akim's office of Baskuduk rural district". In 2014-2020 he worked as a chief specialist in the state institution "Department of Land Relations of Munaily district".
On September 8, 2020 he was appointed akim of Batyr rural district of Munaily district.
