Biography
Born on April 14, 1963 in the East Kazakhstan region of the Kurchum district in the village of Beszhyldyk. Education –higher. Marital status: married, two children.
1984-1990 graduated from the Semipalatinsk Zootechnical-Veterinary Institute, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.
In 1997, he entered the Central Asian University, majoring in law.
