In 1978, he entered the Semipalatinsk Veterinary Institute, faculty of Veterinary Medicine.
1983-graduated from the Semipalatinsk Veterinary Faculty of the Zoological Institute.
1983-1984. Veterinary doctor of the Zhdanov collective farm of the Bolshenarymsky district of East Kazakhstan region.
1984-1987-Second Secretary of the Bolshenarymsky district Committee of the Komsomol of the East Kazakhstan Region.
1987-1990-instructor of the Bolshenarymsky district Committee of the East Kazakhstan Region Party.
