Biography
Abdaliev Yerlan Zhenisbaev'ich was born in 1980 in the city of Kapshagai, Almaty region. Higher education. From 1997 to 2001, he entered and studied at the Almaty Commercial Institute at the Faculty of Finance and Credit.
In 22.08.2001, after training, he began his career at the Kapshagai Water Rescue Center as a leading specialist.
12.04.2004-05.01.2005 worked as a specialist in the State Institution "Department of Economics of the city of Tekeli".
08.06.2005-21.09.2009 GU "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the city of Tekeli" started working as a deputy head.
From September 21, 2009 to January 25, 2018, he continued his activity as the head of the State Institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the city of Tekeli".
Further, from January 26, 2018 to May 15, 2020, he worked as a deputy head at the State Institution "Office for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the Almaty Region".
From February 22, 2021 to the present day, he has been Deputy Head of the Department of the Committee of Labor, Social Protection and Migration of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
