Ashirzhanov Kuandyk Toiganbekovich

Ashirzhanov Kuandyk Toiganbekovich was born on October 24, 1977 in Almaty region, Panfilovsky district, Taldy rural district, Lesnovka village, Zhunusova STR., 11. In 1984, he went to the 1st grade of the Danesh Rakishov Secondary School in Lesnovka village, where he graduated in 1994. In 1994, he entered the Taldykorgan Law College, where he graduated in 1996. In 1998, he entered the University of Economics and law in Almaty, where he graduated in 2001 with the qualification of a law officer.

On July 02, 2007, until the results of the audit were summed up, he temporarily worked as a leading specialist in the Office of the Akim of Taldy rural district. On October 28, 2007, according to the results of a special inspection, he held a permanent position as a leading specialist in the Office of the Akim of Taldy rural district. On February 04, 2008, he was dismissed by transfer due to transfer to another job. On December 06, 2008, he was appointed a leading specialist of the Department of Justice of Panfilov District of the Department of Justice of Almaty region. On August 01, 2008, by transfer, he was appointed a leading specialist of the Department of Justice of Uyghur district. On January 10, 2011, on the basis of the transfer of the leading specialist of the Department of Justice of Uyghur district of the Department of Justice of Almaty region on leave for child care, he was appointed to the position of leading specialist instead. In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 12 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on activities, he was dismissed in the order of transfer. On January 10, 2011, in the order of transfer, he was appointed head of the Department of legal organizational work and compulsory collection of the Tax Department for Panfilovsky district. On April 06, 2015, he was appointed director of the state institution" employment center of Panfilovsky district". Currently, he holds the position of director in this institution.
