Biography
Nurakhmetov Yermek Erkenovich was born on November 19, 1962 in the village of Konyrolen, Panfilov district, Almaty region.
In 1970, he went to the 1st grade of the Lunacharsky Panfilov Secondary School, in 1980 he graduated from the secondary school No. 49 in the village of Saryozek, Kerbulak district, Taldykorgan region. Before entering higher education, he worked as a loader in the central warehouses of the Kerbulak district association of Consumer Society.
In 1981, he entered the Kazakh Order of the Red Banner of Labor Agricultural Institute in Almaty at the Faculty of Agrochemistry and Soil Science.
After graduation, he worked as a senior agronomist of the Kerbulak agro-industrial Association, in 1989-1990-an instructor of the Guards, Kerbulak district party committees of the CP of Kazakhstan; in 1990-1991-a leading specialist in the procurement of agricultural products of the Kerbulak agro-industrial Association; in 1991-1992 - head of the buffet of the Saryozek department and working supply; in 1992-1994-director of" Atameken " LLP; 1994-1995-director of the Kerbulak cinema and entertainment enterprise; 1996-1997-Senior inspector of the Department of the Fund for Social and Economic Development of the Panfilov district; 1998-Chief specialist on peasant farms of the public fund "Zharkent"; 1998-2002-Chief specialist on the development of medium and small businesses of the Department of Economy of the Akim of the Panfilov district; 2002-2005-Chief specialist of the Department of organizational and personnel work of the Akim of the district.
From 2005 to April 2006, he worked as a chief specialist of the department of organizational, state-legal and personnel work of the office of the Akim of the Panfilov district.
From 2006 to 2016, he worked as the first deputy chairman of the Panfilov district branch of the Nur Otan party.
From March 24, 2016 to December 30, 2016, he worked as a secretary of the Panfilov district Maslikhat.
From January 19, 2017 to July 11, 2018, he worked as the mayor of the city of Zharkent.
Since July 12, 2018, Acting Akim of Ulkenagash rural district. On October 23, 2018, he was appointed Akim of Ulkenagash rural district.
