Batsanskaya Evgenia Pavlovna was born in 1984 in the city of Shakhtinsk, Karaganda region. She graduated from the Karaganda Economic University "Kazpotrebsoyuz" with a degree in Accounting and Audit.

She began her career in 2008 as an accountant at IP Abugaliev B.M.
From 2009 to 2010, she was an assistant to the head of the administrative and economic department at the State Institution “Department for Defense Affairs of the City of Shakhtinsk”.
