Shynybayeva Akmaral Akzholovna was born in 1989 in the village of Sarepta, Abay district, Karaganda region. She graduated from the Karaganda Economic University "Kazpotrebsoyuz" with a degree in Economics and Business.

Since 2018, she began her career in 2008 as a secretary in the kindergarten "Erketai"

In 2012, she worked as a translator, clerk at the State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship of the City of Shakhtinsk"

From 2012 to 2013, she worked as a HR specialist at the State Institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the City of Shakhtinsk"

From 2013 to 2018, she was the chief specialist of the social programs sector at the State Institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the City of Shakhtinsk"
