Biography
Guiwan Vladimir Vladimirovich, born in 1976, a native of s. Oktyabrskoye of the Oktyabrsky district of Kostanay region. In 1998, he graduated from the L. Gumelev Eurasian University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
He began his career in 1993 as a car mechanic of the 2nd category of the PC "Kalmykkolsky" in the village of Mokhovoye.
