Biography
Altenov Nurgali Tleubaeva, born in 1986, native of the city of Arkalyk, Turgai region. In 2008, he graduated from the Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics with a degree in finance.
He started his career in 2007 as a programmer of the Tax Committee for the Sandyktau district, in the village of Balkashino, Sandyktau district.
