Nurshinov Kenesary Bekbolatovich

Born on January 30, 1984.

Education - higher, graduated from the West Kazakhstan Engineering and Humanitarian University in 2011 with a degree in ecology, and in 2014 with a degree in state and local management. In 2019, he received a master’s degree in economics from the Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Telecommunication Systems.

He began his career in 2005 as deputy director for social projects of the regional youth public fund “The Future is for the Young” in the city of Uralsk.

Over the years he worked:

- head of the “Senim” project in the association of legal entities “Youth Association of the West Kazakhstan Region”,

- head of the West Kazakhstan regional branch of the private institution “Republican Headquarters of Youth Labor Teams “Zhasyl El”,

- specialist at a gas station of the limited liability partnership "ChemTrust",

- specialist at a gas station of the Oral Terminal limited liability partnership,

- Public Relations Manager of the Unix Limited Liability Partnership,

- Director of the Ural branch of the limited liability partnership "Amagel",

- Head of the Resource Center for Working with Youth of the Department for Youth Policy of the West Kazakhstan Region,

- akim of the village of Krugloozerny of the city of Uralsk, West Kazakhstan region,

- Deputy Chairman of the Ural city branch of the West Kazakhstan region of the Nur Otan party,
