Biography
He was born on January 5, 1981 in the Bokeyorda district of the West Kazakhstan region.
Education – higher. He graduated from the West Kazakhstan State University with a degree in economics and mathematics.
He worked in different years:
- Leading, Chief specialist of the Department of Internal Policy of the West Kazakhstan region;
- Chief Inspector of the Office of the Akim of the West Kazakhstan region;
– Head of the Department of Information Policy and Monitoring of Mass Media of the Department of Internal Policy of the West Kazakhstan region;
- Expert of the Department for Public and Political Affairs of the Department for Public and Political Affairs of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Chief expert of the joint-stock company "Kazakhstan Center for Modernization and Development of Housing and Communal Services";
- Head of the Information and Analytical Department of the Department for Youth Policy of the West Kazakhstan region;
- Deputy Head of the Department of Internal Policy of the West Kazakhstan region;
- Head of the Department of Internal Policy of the city of Uralsk.
From 2018 until his appointment, he worked as the head of the Department of Internal Policy of the West Kazakhstan region.
Since July 2, 2021 - akim of the Bokeyorda district.
