Biography
By the decree of the Akim of the Tupkaragan district Mr. A. Kosuakov dated December 7, 2020 No. 66, Mr. Kabylbek Sharipov was appointed to the post of the Akim of the village of Kyzylozen.
Mr. Kabylbek Sharipov was born on August 29, 1984 in the village of Kyzylozen, Tupkaragan district, Mangistau region. He has higher education. In 2006 he graduated from the Aktau University named after Sh. Esenov at the Faculty of Oil and Gas, in 2007-2009 - the Academy of Transport and Communications named after M. Tynyshbayeva with a degree in traffic organization and transport control, in 2011-2013 - Mangistau Humanitarian and Technical University with a degree in jurisprudence.
He began his career in 2007 as the chief specialist of the administration of the Akim of the Tupkaragan district.
In 2008 he worked as the chief specialist of the Tupkaragan district department of land relations, in 2010 as the head of the sector of the Tupkaragan district department of architecture, urban planning and construction.
In 2011, he worked as a lawyer at OilTransServices LLP and NurStroyAktau LLP,
In 2012-2016, he was the site supervisor of the Caspiy StroyServiskomplekt LLP,
In 2018-2019 - chief specialist of the Aktau city department of housing and communal services,
Since 2020 worked as a chief specialist of the department of monitoring of public services and digitalization of the Tupkaragan district Akim's office.
