Biography
Bekzat Sabitovich Kydyrbayev was born on March 13, 1983 in Zhalagash District of Kyzylorda region. In 1999, he graduated from the Kazakh Secondary School No. 137 in the village of S. Seifullin, Syrdarya district. In 2004, he graduated from Taraz State University named after M. H. Dulati with a degree in customs affairs, and in 2011-with a degree in jurisprudence.

He is married and has three sons and a daughter.
