Kabidenov Marat Alimzhanovich was born on March 24, 1988 in the city of Kulsary, Zhylyoi district, Atyrau region. Kazakh nationality. In 1994 he entered the secondary school №1 in the city of Kulsary, in 2005 he graduated and entered the Atyrau State University named after H. Dosmukhamedov in the profession of computer science. 2017 entered the Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Telecommunication Systems. In 2019 he received a diploma in jurisprudence.
