Moldabayeva Gulzhazira Almenovna was born on February 8, 1991, in the Republic of Uzbekistan, Novoi region, in the city of Zarafshan. He has two higher education degrees. In 2018, she was appointed to the position of Head of the Department of social assistance at home of the state institution «Department of entertainment and social programs of Temirtau» on a permanent basis.
