Biography
Frolova Lyubov Aleksandrovna was born on November 18, 1959, in the village of Beryozovka, Mainsky district, Ulyanovsk region. Education-higher. In 1979, she graduated from the Temirtau chemical and mechanical technical school with a degree in electrical engineering. In 2007, she graduated from the Kargandy University of Business, Management and Law with a degree in Economics and management.
She started her career in 1974. From 1974 to 1983, she worked at the enterprises of the city of Temirtau-trust mzhs, MU «Kazelektromontazh» Karaganda metallurgical plant.
