Biography
Spanov Abylay Kaiyrbekuly was born in 1992 in the village of Kutikol, Irgiz district.
In 2014 he graduated from Aktobe Regional State University named after K. Zhubanov with a degree in Accounting and Audit.
2022 - Kazakh-Russian International University with a degree in Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education.
He began his career in 2014 as an accountant at an art school in the Irgiz district.
In 2014-2020, chief specialist of the akim’s office of the Nura rural district.
In 2020-2021, head of the department for working with taxpayers and chief specialist of the department of tax control and collection, state revenue department for the Khromtau district.
In 2021-2023, economist and chief economist of the Irgiz district education department.
From May 15, 2023 to the present - akim of the Amankol rural district of the Irgiz district of the Aktobe region.
